09:57 pm - Pancakes: a bit'a'better batter and we're away!
PANCAKES!
I had pancakes today! Yummy crispy thin things with sugar and Jif Lemon :D
This is because Tomorrow is Mardi Gras/Fat Tuesday/Shrove Tuesday, when I would usually have pancakes (generally the only day in the year I get them :D which makes them extra-special!) but tomorrow is my busy day in which I tend to fit my food around my activities this means having a reasonably sized meal before 11.30am, which has to be something that won't upset my stomach as really 11.30 is too early for it to digest anything more than soup or noodles really. And then a smaller meal between 2.30 and 3.00 before i have to get ready to go for the train. It can't be a big meal because of time issues and because the prospect travelling upsets my stomach a little. Then I don't get home until half 9 or 10 o clock at the earliest, which is far too late for food. Pancakes need to be savoured, not rushed.
Which is why we had them for tea today instead!
