Channel 4 are running at a loss and Offcom have fined ITV for failing to make enough non-London broadcasting. "Forgive me a cruel chuckle." (to quote Prince John, Disney's Robin Hood).
Very little in the way of other news. We went shopping for various household bits and bobs. Mother has suddenly decided that we should eat more fish, much to my irritation (I don't like fish that much.), so I'm no doubt going to be searching about for new fish-related recipes. *grumbles* Today we had bacon, spuds and cabbage (yumyum) and blackberry and apple crumble with custard for pud. I am,therefore, VERY stuffed!
As I am distinctly lacking in interesting banter, here's some random things:
today's blooming hilarious fail which I shared on my facebook wall,and subsequently recieved the link to a whole collection of innuendo filled old comic clips I am particularly amused by the cowboy riding superman hard, the golden rain one and the disturbing one with the lion
OH THERE'S SO MANY. They're at least as funny as Northstar's "I-AM-A-HOMOSEXUAL" war-cry coming-out, possibly more so for their randomness (and one would imagine in most cases unintentional).
Fodder to while away many a happy hour, at least!
