*blows on hands* *sips herbal tea*
So, in true domestic fashion, Nanny and I hit the shops today because for the past few days neither of us have been able to go out with the ice and all and so we teamed up for a mass stock up, just in time for mum and I were nearly down to frozen chips and a tin of beans, scraping the bottom of our stock cupboard. But now I has butter! and potatoes! and green vegetables! and milk! and bread!
it took us ages to go round everywhere and the fog was really thick.
Now I'm trying to convince my body that it wants to go back out in the cold and move all the bins....
*sips tea*
and I'm doing stew tonight! Vegatable! And I need to get a start on that so that she can't come in and complain that there's no meat involved and it isn't Friday.
Really, I'd quite like to turn the heating up and sit with the computer reading the paper online for a while...
*sigh*
